JOHNNY & JESSIE RUSSELL
Some people bring home stray animals, but Johnny and Jessie have always brought home orphaned furniture. For them, rethinking, restoring, and refining castaway rooms and objects are ways of honoring the past while enhancing the present. Always loving and betting on the underdog, Johnny and Jessie specialize in refeathering old nests.
Johnny Russell
Johnny had a career as a financial adviser in Gainesville, Georgia. When the opportunity arose to start a family business back home in South Georgia, his family took the plunge.

He has always craved creating — he loves breathing new life into beloved and bedraggled heirlooms and gains great joy when he gets to create custom pieces of furniture. Balance, symmetry, proper proportions...they all speak to his soul and fan the fires of his creativity.

He holds a business degree with a minor in art. He says it is so good to be able to focus once again on the "art" part of his heart.
Jessie Russell
Besides faith and family, Jessie has two passions — teaching children and designing meaningful spaces. Once she completed her doctorate in education, Jessie was able to devote more energy to curating her clients' homes.

Jessie is glad to be back in the land of cotton, clay roads, and beloved kinfolks after 25 years away from South Georgia. It truly has been a reunion of all her favorite things!
